ADVERTISEMENT FOR RE-BIDS 200 MORRO STREET BURN UNIT RENOVATION #6297 FAIRMONT HOUSING AUTHORITY FAIRMONT, NORTH CAROLINA Sealed re-bid proposals will be received by the FAIRMONT HOUSING AUTHORITY for the BURN UNIT RENOVATION PROJECT until 3:00 PM, TUESDAY, MAY 5, 2026, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the Modernization of 200 MORRO STREET, FAIRMONT, NC. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Renovation of One (1) Duplex Building consisting of Two (2) apartments due to extensive damage from fire and water. 2. All other work as shown on the plans, in the Project Manual, and as required by codes. A Pre-Bid Conference has already been held; attendance was not mandatory. A second Pre-Bid Conference is not planned. Contractors planning to visit the site shall notify contact Kenny White at (910) 734-3928. Questions shall be directed to bids@stognerarchitecture.com.
