INFORMAL BID REQUEST Town of Fairmont 421 South Main Street Fairmont, NC 28340 Separate sealed INFORMAL BIDS for the Town of Fairmont Pittman Mill Canal Sediment Removal project will be received in the Fairmont Town Hall located at 421 South Main Street, Fairmont, NC 28340, at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 22, 2026, then at said office to be publicly opened and read aloud. The scope of work includes the removal of accumulated sediment from Pittman Mill Branch as well as miscellaneous debris from the flow channel, temporary stockpile of removed material, hauling and disposal of removed material at a Town owned site, and cleanup & restoration of the work area. Work shall be paid for as noted in the Schedule of Bid Items and shall include all labor, materials and equipment for a complete proj- ect.
