Crisis Bridge Psychiatry is a telepsychiatric practice founded to provide psychiatric services to patients we have previously served over the course of 40 years. We will provide services exdusively through a telemedicine platform including medication management for psychiatric conditions as well as Suboxone for opiate dependent patients. 3. Biography details: Ms. Ganzman completed her psychiatric training at Vanderbilt University and is board certified as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. She has practiced in the Sandhills for the past 8 years. Dr. Fleury completed his psychiatric training at Dartmouth Medical School and is board certified in psychiatry and neurology. In 2001 he founded Carolina Behavioral Care and over the course of 20 years developed a statewide comprehensive psychiatric and substance use service model which was sold to Refresh Mental Health in 2021. Dr. Fleury as medical director of Crisis Bridge Psychiatry sees an opportunity to help develop a high quality delivery system utilizing state of the art telemedicine technology and sophisticated treatment tools to CrisisBridge PSYCHIATRY PLLC improve patient outcomes. 4.
